Excellence in ombuds practice cannot be rushed. Our 20-hour Ombuds Fundamentals goes beyond other programs that stop at 16 hours. We invest the additional time in nuanced case work, practical application, and real-world simulations because mastery requires more than the minimum.
Your learning doesn’t end when the 20-hour workshop does. Graduates are invited to three curated virtual mastermind gatherings (one approximately every four months). Launching as an Ombuds can feel overwhelming, so we don’t leave you guessing. Participants receive a thoughtfully designed Ombuds Starter Kit designed to support immediate implementation. Templates, guiding frameworks, and foundational tools to help you begin with clarity and confidence. Built to reduce uncertainty and accelerate professional readiness. Because stepping into the role should feel intentional, not improvised.
